Hello but this is not about CS:GO.
Well, I'll be good to you, so I can help you.

Fix Error 2350--Windows 7/8, Vista and XP
1. Click Start
2. Type the command, msconfig in the search box and hit Enter
3. Click on Boot.ini tab and then click on Advanced options
4. Here tick mark the /MAXEM= box and enter the value 256
5. Click OK couple of times
6. Restart your PC
7. Now start installing the program
8. On completion of installation perform step 1 to 7 to clear /MAXEM= values

I doubt that setting MAXMEM (which is an archaic switch from Windows NT times) to 256 MB will do any good. Try repairing your OS using the install media, there's plenty on that.
