I've played ttt_closequarters and ttt_damons_mansion on other server but both are full of endless corridors where players can lost themselves. We prefer outside maps with buildings like ttt_kirbycity.
ttt_damons_disco looks great but music on disco can disturb voice comunication.
I never played ttt_safehouse and ttt_damons_canyon before so we can test them.

I don't quiet understand. How is Closequarters full of endless corridors, they all meet up with one another, giving Traitors a better chance at getting sneaky kills.

But as for your point of open maps, I understand.
Safehouse and Canyon are rather open compared to the other 2 you mentioned, so I think they could be a good addition.
